It appears that icudt.dll was recently added to the distribution package for Pdfium.Net SDK. What is this DLL, and is it required for the proper functioning of the PdfViewer? It's huge (9.7MB), so we would prefer not to have this as part of our distribution.

Thanks. So, this ICU error issue is only related to filling out PDF forms that use JavaScript? And therefore, we would only need icudt.dll if we were planning to fill PDF forms that use JavaScript in them?
