Thanks for the quick fix. It’s mostly fine now, however, the sample pdf still shifts a few pixels on editing. Foxit doesn't have this problem.

When a user opens a file with a multiline text field, its line spacing is correctly rendered.
However:
- When a user clicks a multiline text field, its line spacing is ignored.
- After a user edits a multiline text field, its line spacing gets lost.

Can be reproduced in WpfApp.Net5 example from the latest Pdfium.NET SDK.

Attached are a video with a repro and a sample pdf.

Is it a bug or a feature? Any thoughts much appreciated.
