Hi.
At the moment, the WYSIWYG editor is not implemented. You can only add annotations programmatically.

Hi Support,

Do you have any examples on how to enable editing a textbox annotation?

We would essentially like to implement something similar to the following image - which is supported in acrobat reader - i.e. add a text box annotation, which can be edited when the user selects the box, can be resized and go over many lines.
